报告题目：Leadership in Projects：From Personalities to Processes
报告人：海天学者Ralf Müller 教授
Abstract: The presentation addresses the concept of balanced leadership in projects. Balanced leadership describes the dynamic, temporary and alternating transitions between vertical leadership by formally appointed leaders and horizontal leadership by team members. After a brief introduction in leadership profiles of project managers, a theoretical framework of five cycles is provided and research results from one of the cycle, the identification of possible leaders, is discussed. The concept of cognitive space is introduced for the regulation and coordination of these transitions within balanced leadership. An example from the industry is provided.
