报告主题：Behavior Based Energy Efficiency: Personality and Intervention Strategies
报告摘要：Behavior based energy efficiency is increasingly studied in recent years due to its high potential. The method focuses on changing people's energy behaviors via various intervention strategies to reduce building energy use. This presentation reports a series of studies at the University of Maryland and its collaborators on understanding the effectiveness of normative feedback approach, the role of personality traits, and integration of various intervention strategies. The talk uses two experiments in the US and China to demonstrate the value of changing energy behaviors as well as the challenges and direction on this subject.
报告人简介：Journal of Management in Engineering的副主编。在基础设施管理、公私合营（PPP）、建筑能源、可持续发展等领域从业20余年。曾任美国交通部PPP能力拓展项目顾问，美国能源部合同能源管理专家组成员，阿拉巴马州PPP法案(HB 217)技术评审人。主持美国交通部PPP规范制定及工具箱的研发和碳排放标准(VCS)下制定高速公路排放基准的方法研究。
